Inria, a prominent institute in digital science, is seeking skilled professionals to propel their neuroimaging endeavors. Operating at the Inria-Irisa lab in Rennes, the chosen candidate will work within a vibrant team dedicated to clinical applications and impactful research in image processing and biomarker development. The role centers on refining tools and databases essential for advancing MS lesion detection using MRI, contributing significantly to multiple clinically relevant projects.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools for managing and exploiting neuroimaging databases.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data annotations and facilitate iterative improvements.
- Participate in various projects utilizing MS databases by assisting in data extraction and organization.
- Collaborate with the team and external partners to improve clinical applications of database insights.
- Support international segmentation challenges related to MS lesion identification.
