JADE Groupe, under LVMH Métiers d'Art, is seeking to enhance its online sales platform for employees through a dedicated business unit. The company implements a regional sales approach and has launched ecommerce websites in Europe, the U.S., and soon in Canada. This role is central to managing employee access and communications within the North American division.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage employee access and update accounts in North America according to eligibility rules.
• Serve as the main contact for Maison HR teams regarding employee account updates and data synchronization with HRIS.
• Produce and manage LVMHappening communications, including creating and distributing sales calendars and email communications.
• Monitor performance by producing subscription and activation reports and setting KPI notifications in PowerBI.
• Conduct sales KPIs tracking and ad hoc purchasing behavior analyses.
