In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Research state-of-the-art advancements in RLHF, CoT, and RAG applied to autonomous agents.
• Develop and experiment with innovative approaches using human feedback.
• Design advanced RL techniques for model adjustment based on feedback.
• Test solutions in complex scenarios like multi-turn dialogues.
• Contribute to scientific publications and internal presentations.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning or AI.
• Strong skills in applied mathematics, including optimization and probability.
