As part of the HR Data & Analytics Governance team, the HR Data Analyst will ensure the integrity and efficacy of HR reports and drive insights into the future of beauty tech.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage official global HR reports in collaboration with various departments.
- Design and modify reporting structures with the Global HR Analytics team.
- Conduct regular HR data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Run ad hoc HR data analyses to meet community requests.
- Interact with departments to assess data needs and deliver insights.
- Educate HR teams on data interpretation and maintain industry knowledge.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills to present data findings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
