In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Monitor customer journey performance and analyze behaviors
- Create dashboards and track traffic and business performance
- Analyze visitor behaviors and customer typologies
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest optimizations and AB tests
- Analyze the impact of digital communication efforts
- Work with communication and acquisition teams to produce campaign reports
- Support business teams in utilizing dashboards and data
- Enhance data usage through active collaboration and training
- Contribute to data structuring and transversal data projects
- Collaborate with the tagging plan team to ensure data meets analysis needs
- Assist client knowledge teams in effectively utilizing client data
- Participate in projects related to data collection, exploitation, and visualization tools
