Fraud and Payment Data Analyst H/F

La Redoute S.A. seeks a proactive analyst to tackle challenges in fraud prevention and payment optimization. This role supports the team in safeguarding customers while advancing payment systems. The position is based in Lille or the Paris region, utilizing a hybrid work model.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze transaction data to detect and prevent payment and refund fraud.
• Develop and refine fraud detection models using machine learning and statistics.
• Monitor detection system performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud incidents and implement solutions.
• Produce reports and visualizations for key metrics such as fraud rates, chargebacks, and cost analysis.
• Contribute to the design of strategies to optimize the conversion rate.

This role requires you to have:

• Higher education in computer science, data science, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis, fraud detection, or payments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, etc.) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of machine learning, anomaly detection, and payment systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and priority management skills.
• Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
