LCL, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group, is looking for a Web Data Analyst for their Digital Marketing and Bank Division. This role involves developing innovative reporting tools and strategies to acquire and retain clients, enhancing digital marketing approaches amidst evolving data privacy regulations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Define tracking strategies for all digital campaigns in collaboration with contributors.
  • Monitor tag implementation and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Create specific dashboards for each campaign.
  • Oversee actions related to cross-platform tag management systems.
  • Understand and follow developments in consent management and their impact on reporting.
  • Evaluate technical and operational impacts of necessary or desirable changes in the digital data chain.
  • Coordinate activities ensuring proper data collection and use.
  • Implement indicators and define reports for comprehensive tracking of each action.
  • Monitor data sources for consistency and reliability, and alert for needed corrections.

    This role requires you to have:

    • Mastery of Web analytics techniques, especially major SEA and tracking/retargeting tools.
    • Knowledge of digital levers (search, display, social networks, emails).
    • Experience in managing and leading digital projects.
    • Strong mathematical skills (statistics), proficiency in Python, SQL, HTML & CSS, VBA, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
    • Ability to analyze performance and track key indicators (click rate, CPL).
    • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their evolution.
    • Good understanding of data visualization and presentation.
