Le Bon Marché, a renowned retail company, is offering a data analyst internship within the Marketing Client department. This role is integral to the Data & Insights team, responsible for providing insightful reports and customer analysis for both Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create business dashboards and analyze customer behavior both in-store and online.
- Track and update recurring dashboards.
- Analyze customer base evolution to identify new business opportunities using data.
- Highlight key trends and analyze data to identify decision-making KPIs.
- Produce marketing campaign summaries.
- Develop data communication and analysis utilization within the company.
- Assist in the creation and evolution of customer segmentations and clusters to optimize in-store and web campaigns.
- Lead projects to integrate customer scores and data into various systems, collaborating with IT teams.
