Established in 1984 and part of the Fintake group, Leasecom supports businesses with flexible equipment management, collaborating with 1,400 partners across diverse sectors. They are currently expanding and looking to bolster their new analytics team to drive commercial growth and optimize data processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and create interactive dashboards and custom reports for sales and marketing teams.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI or Qlik to present complex data accessibly.
• Analyze commercial performance of various agencies and recommend improvements.
• Extract, manipulate, and interpret data to identify growth trends and opportunities.
• Produce monthly statistics and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics requirements.
• Monitor agency performance and suggest corrective actions based on data insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficient in data visualization tools like Qlik and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, ideally Python.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend.
