Analytics Engineer - Data Analyst

Licorne Society, on behalf of a growing startup, is recruiting for the role of an Analytics Engineer - Data Analyst. Argon & Co, a globally recognized management consulting firm, specializes in operations strategy and transformation, serving clients worldwide with over 270 consultants in multiple locations. The IRIS team, comprising 30 data and AI specialists, delivers innovative solutions from ideation to industrialization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand business team issues and project context
• Participate in data collection planning and data processing
• Conduct analyses and present findings using data visualization techniques
• Develop and deploy suitable solutions such as analysis reports, dashboards, and business applications
• Communicate project progress and showcase the value of developed solutions

This role requires you to have:

• Graduated from a top engineering school with a specialization in Data Science or Operations (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance)
• At least 6 months of experience in an analytical role (Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Demand or Supply Planner)
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
• Skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Realistic and pragmatic approach to addressing business issues
• Autonomy, clarity, initiative, and organization

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Knowledge of a cloud ecosystem (Azure, GCP, AWS)
