In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Scope and process data collection
• Develop Machine Learning / Deep Learning models to address client challenges
• Analyze and visualize data results, presenting them to business stakeholders
• Communicate project progress and highlight the added value of developed solutions
• Deploy algorithms using technologies like Docker and integrate them into the client's tech stack (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Participate in team R&D activities, developing internal tools and testing new ML/DL techniques
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the IRIS team
• Stay updated with technological advancements and bring new ideas to the team
• Engage in typical projects such as sales forecasting, product assortment optimization, production quality prediction, and production rate optimization

This role requires you to have:

• Degree from a top engineering school with a specialization in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
• At least 6 months of experience in developing ML/DL models (internships included)
• Proficiency in Python and version control (Git)
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning algorithms
• Solid statistical skills
• A realistic and pragmatic approach to Data Science challenges
• Exceptional autonomy, clarity, initiative, and organizational skills

You would benefit from having:

• Skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Experience in algorithm or tool deployment (Docker, Dataiku, Anaplan)
