The Data Analyst will join a small but critical data team, working closely with business units to align data projects with business objectives and ensure informed decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and clean data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business team managers to understand needs and enhance productivity.
• Work with Product Managers on user behavior and platform performance.
• Draft press articles based on relevant data analyses focusing on real estate themes.
• Develop dashboards and periodic reports, highlighting key KPIs.
• Ensure the quality and maintenance of the data stack.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a Data Analyst for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Strong understanding of data management and analysis concepts
