In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial performance using defined KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales across acquisition channels.
• Contribute to improving customer renewal rates.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for commercial activities monitoring.
• Create dashboards and interactive reports for clear communication of results.
• Ensure the quality of customer data within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement and monitor commercial strategies.
• Oversee the operational management and development of the CRM system (SALESFORCE).
