In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create SAP Business Object (BI4) reports based on business needs
• Develop SQL queries to verify data in the data warehouse
• Run SAS processes to generate datamarts
• Assist in defining data warehouse requirements with IT teams
• Participate in functional validation
• Support regional departments in understanding performance, updating follow-ups, and improving processes
• Conduct studies on network performance indicators
• Document internal processes of the department
• Implement new tools within the service or department (Spotfire, Alteryx, internal tools)
