Monoprix is looking for a Data Analyst Marketing Intern to be part of their Marketing Department, specifically within the CRM Client Experience team. The role focuses on improving customer knowledge, analyzing CRM communication performance, and creating activity tracking reports.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify customer acquisition and activation opportunities to bolster marketing strategy.
• Monitor and report on commercial operations, creating clear and relevant summaries.
• Gather requirements, analyze data, build dashboards, and update information.
• Propose recommendations based on predefined objectives and KPIs to optimize marketing campaign performance.
• Conduct ad hoc studies and analyses on customer behavior, contributing to business-aligned action plans.
• Collaborate with different teams on cross-functional projects to enhance overall performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree student in Data Analysis or Data Science seeking a 6-month internship in a Marketing/CRM environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data manipulation and statistics.
