In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Track daily sales of parts and accessories and billing data within the department's database.
• Extract, report, and monitor warranty data.
• Maintain PowerBI performance reports and communicate internally.
• Collect reporting needs from various teams, prioritize by activity, and develop necessary evolutions.
• Develop and improve IT tools for analyzing after-sales commercial activity results.
• Create new performance indicators to track the commercial efficiency of Nissan's after-sales.
• Lead data centralization projects like Data Lake.

This role requires you to have:

• Masterful knowledge of Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite.
• Basics of Access, Power BI (Office 365), and VBA.
• Analytical skills, organizational ability, precision, proposal strength, autonomy, teamwork, and curiosity.
