This role involves working with the General Procurement and Logistics Director to ensure efficient planning and data analysis.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage the planning team to meet objectives set by the management
- Ensure cost, time, and quality objectives are met
- Oversee BUS planning activities including scheduling, procurement, and stocks for PEM, Defense, Trading, and Aeronautics
- Create and present monthly activity reviews and performance tracking reports
- Lead customer supply chain tools with a focus on high service levels
- Manage stock levels to meet production or customer needs adhering to the plan
- Monitor physical and IT data flow consistency
- Supervise stock in and out procedures in various warehouses
- Implement and follow data processes and automation for data handling
- Conduct data analysis to reduce non-service rates
- Control inventory and stock reconciliation systems
- Communicate necessary indicators to management and operational teams

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, analysis, or industrial system engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and dedicated software systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Access
- Stock management and inventory knowledge
- Analytical mindset with strong mathematical, logical, and statistical skills
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken, read)
