In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Implement AI Agents that facilitate decision-making and interactive learning.
• Research and experiment with prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy.
• Build and maintain AI/ML model pipelines in production environments.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and multimodal datasets.
• Collaborate with software and data engineers for scalable AI integrations.
• Analyze model outputs to refine algorithms.
• Stay updated on AI/ML research and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in programming with Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI Agents.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Basic understanding of data engineering and model deployment.
