Qovery offers a DevOps automation platform designed to streamline cloud infrastructure provisioning and production deployment, enabling faster delivery and simplified workflows. They are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to lead initiatives related to data and AI, transforming complex infrastructure data into actionable intelligence for customers and strengthening internal analytics capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to provide customers with insights from their infrastructure data.
• Explore new data utilization methods for customer value, including AI.
• Design and implement proof-of-concept dashboards and assistants.
• Gather feedback and validate solutions through rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize the analytics stack.
• Define and implement company-wide KPIs with reporting dashboards.
• Enhance the billing pipeline for improved processes and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assist decision-making processes.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Project management from inception to delivery.
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience conducting user interviews and gathering requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings.

You would benefit from having:
