As the first dedicated analytics hire, the analyst will have autonomy in building analytics solutions tailored to customer needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to derive insights from infrastructure data to enhance customer operations.
• Explore new ways to utilize platform data, including AI, to benefit customers.
• Design POC dashboards focusing on performance, cost optimization, security, and metrics.
• Rapidly prototype and validate solutions with stakeholder feedback.
• Optimize the internal analytics stack and ensure comprehensive data collection.
• Define KPIs and create dashboards to guide business decisions.
• Improve billing processes and customer reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Over 5 years in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or infrastructure environments.

• Experience in dashboard creation using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to transform user and product data into AI-powered features.
• Proven track record of leading data-driven projects.
