• Maintain and prioritize backlog tasks, ensuring clarity and structure.
• Utilize JIRA for task management and reporting on project status.
• Implement time tracking tools and validate team time entries.
• Establish and manage budgeting tools and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain project documentation templates and repositories.
• Provide technical support and training for software tools.
• Develop scorecards using Power BI and automate reporting processes.
