In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to P&C advanced analytics and generative AI projects
• Collaborate with and mentor Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers
• Present results to stakeholders using effective interpretation techniques and visualizations
• Act as an ambassador to spread data science knowledge internally and externally

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in data science
• Advanced programming skills in Python, including OOP, API, and data models
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques
• Experience in software design principles
• Proven ability to produce reproducible work using Git and Docker
• Experience in AI product life cycle management
• Translational project leadership in P&C (re)insurance
• Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
