Sephora seeks an Assistant Supply Chain & Data Analyst to support their mission of redefining beauty globally. As part of the team, you'll help inspire customers and empower team members to achieve excellence. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain performance for Sephora brands across Europe.
• Analyze key metrics related to service, stock, sales, and marketing launches.
• Communicate with brands to present supply chain metrics.
• Track and implement action plans to improve supply chain performance in collaboration with European supply chain teams.
• Work with logistics teams to conduct supplier audits.

This role requires you to have:

• Interest in supply chain and a penchant for retail and cosmetics.
• Current student in an engineering or business school.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficient in Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros.
