Operational Excellence Analyst for Data & Analytics Team (h/f)

Skillspark AB, in collaboration with its major clients, is looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst who can audit and enhance the processes within their Data & Analytics team. This role requires a comprehensive oversight, bridging the gaps between project management and data operations to improve efficiency across teams. Based in Île de France, the position involves working both in-person and remotely as part of a dynamic team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct process mapping, evaluation, and auditing to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Assess risks within data and analytics processes, proposing measures to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Engage in stakeholder management by reporting findings and supporting process adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in sales
• Expertise in process improvement
• Knowledge of data management systems and cloud platforms (SQL, Azure)
• Understanding of audit procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of data and analytics ecosystems

You would benefit from having:

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years' experience as a business analyst
• Experience in process mapping and project management (Lucidchart, JIRA)
• Leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (PBI, Python)
