The User Knowledge team is tasked with analyzing user behaviors and profiles to inform strategic choices. This role is essential in enhancing data operations across the value chain to achieve performance objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality and collaborate with the Product Owner to propose improvements.
• Coordinate data tracking needs across product, client, and commercial departments.
• Maintain expertise in data protection regulations like GDPR.
• Develop and sustain data products such as dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Optimize data processing by automating repetitive calculations.
• Handle analysis requests to support decisions in product, client, and commercial sectors.
• Manage user aggregation projects to enhance knowledge and strategic insights.
• Create and monitor actionable data segmentations aligning with business requirements.
• Conduct business and product studies to derive operational recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to facilitate business understanding and decision-making.
• Promote data culture and web analytics awareness within the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with over three years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in digital operations and understanding of web analytics.
• Experience in data science tools like Dataiku and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
