Founded in 2019 in Lyon, Tenacy aims to sustain organizations through more effective use of cybersecurity resources. They develop and market SaaS software for CISOs to oversee cybersecurity and compliance. Following a recent Series A funding round raising 6 million euros, they plan to expand both in France and internationally, and they are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as the data point of contact for business teams, understanding their needs and translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for teams to access and use data easily.
• Ensure teams have necessary database access and insights to optimize performance.
• Define data table requirements in collaboration with the Data Engineer based on business needs.
• Document data tables to ensure traceability and ease of use for end users.
• Ensure data reliability from various sources.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of Business and Revenue Ops teams to aid strategy definition, including detailed reports on product usage and user feedback, and evaluating marketing campaign impacts.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
• At least 3 years of significant experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and data processing/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Ability to document analysis results clearly and precisely.
• Effective communication and collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomous and proactive.
