The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting HR data management and reporting during this dynamic transition.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish HR reporting tools and track workforce metrics.
• Conduct annual, quarterly, and monthly HR data reporting.
• Analyze client requests and manage data extractions and dashboards.
• Ensure the quality of HR data and promote best practices among HR teams.
