They seek a Learning Data Analyst to join the TGS branch, delivering innovative and valuable service solutions to internal entities. This position involves enhancing the performance of Total Learning Solutions (TLS) through data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to legal and company training reporting campaigns.
• Produce regular activity and management reports for TLS.
• Analyze reporting needs from TLS and branches to enhance mutualization.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of reports.
• Prepare user-friendly communication materials for system users.
• Update and maintain documentation for reportings.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in information systems or management control.
• Minimum two years in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Thorough understanding of HRIS functionalities and HR data structures.

• Experience in learning and HRIS domains.
