HR Data Analyst (H/F)

Transdev North America, a leader in mobility services, is hiring an HR Data Analyst. This role involves collaborating with the Data and HR Information Systems Director to maintain and enhance the tools for social data reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting various data-related projects.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring the group's social reporting tool.
• Support the implementation of IT tools for data sharing within the company.
• Ensure legal compliance by contributing to data management and annual reporting.
• Design and conduct surveys and statistical studies, including monthly multi-country social data reporting.
• Assist in workshops and identify local performance indicators.
• Create and analyze multi-country dashboards.
• Support decision-making by tracking deviation, identifying action plans, and measuring their effectiveness.
• Analyze and project payroll data in collaboration with finance.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Respond to ad-hoc information requests.
• Contribute to various cross-functional projects.
• Help structure and industrialize CSRD indicator production processes.
• Ensure CSRD indicators comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare reports and analyses on CSRD indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in CSRD data collection and reporting processes.
