Product Improvement Analyst

This role is critical to enhancing product performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish a clear schedule for product improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities for product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor product performance using dashboards and feedback.
• Communicate progress and KPIs to Group Quality and leadership teams.
• Manage and report all OEB product issues and incidents.
• Lead the process for handling product safety incidents.
