Alternant HR Data Analyst (F/H)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather HR data from various sources and ensure its quality and consistency.
• Set up HR dashboards and performance indicators.
• Analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide insights.
• Develop statistical models to predict HR needs and optimize processes.
• Create clear dashboards and visual reports for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand their analytical needs.
• Translate HR issues into analytical questions and propose solutions.
• Offer strategic recommendations to enhance HR processes and company performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's level education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar with a focus on data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Google Looker.
