In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Gather HR data from various sources and ensure its quality and consistency.
- Set up HR dashboards and performance indicators.
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide insights.
- Develop statistical models to predict HR needs and optimize processes.
- Create clear dashboards and visual reports for HR leadership.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their analytical needs.
- Translate HR issues into analytical questions and propose solutions.
- Offer strategic recommendations to enhance HR processes and company performance.

This role requires you to have:
- Master's level education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar with a focus on data analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Google Looker.
