Ville de Paris is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Paris Familles service, which aims to facilitate and enhance registration and billing processes for parents. With a user base of over 150,000 and 3,000 agents, this role is crucial in improving data utility and service performance. The analyst will be part of the Family and Early Childhood Directorate, collaborating across two key operational poles.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure data reliability and accessibility by managing data libraries and creating operational dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze key billing indicators and user data to optimize platform performance.
- Lead the data analyst community and act as the main liaison for the city's Big Data platform.
- Contribute to the annual activity report by analyzing key trends and indicators.
