In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business reporting requirements are met based on ITSM and Foundation data.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI and ServiceNow Performance Analytics reports and KPIs.
• Propose improvements for the IT ecosystem.
• Participate in AI, AA, and Automation projects.
• Support governance meetings and decision-making processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst in an IT environment.
• Professional expertise in PowerBI and willingness to learn ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant university degree.
