In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, build, and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve key business needs using statistical models.
• Document results and provide training to help teams effectively utilize data insights.
• Establish data quality processes to ensure the reliability of machine learning models.
• Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as the main contact for data-related inquiries.
• Work closely with the central data team to source additional data and enhance data management practices.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python with proven experience in handling large, complex data sets.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
