In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead advanced data analyses and provide actionable recommendations for various business domains.
• Collaborate with BI team to develop dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Define and monitor KPIs for various business activities.
• Lead A/B Test Committee and ensure data consistency for decision-making.
• Organize solutions for KPIs that are not meeting targets.
• Mentor the Data Analytics team and manage recruitment for future growth.
• Support the integration of AI models into business processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data quality and align technical roadmaps.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years experience in data analysis with leadership skills.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge and experience with Python.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and cloud solutions.
• Fluent in English and French.
