• Support the Head of BI in developing and maintaining reporting services and information systems.
• Interpret complex information requests in line with national and local requirements.
• Utilize data analysis techniques and BI tools to produce reporting outputs.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of routine information outputs.
• Lead changes to the corporate reporting system using appropriate methodologies.
• Conduct report testing and support transitions to new systems or data feeds.
• Act as the main contact for divisional teams regarding information outputs.
• Investigate and highlight data quality issues for necessary actions.
