A10 Networks, Inc is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team and drive strategic insights through comprehensive data analysis. The role is crucial for enhancing the reporting processes and optimizing tools for better efficiency. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with GTM management to produce sales and marketing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Examine key metrics and provide insights for sales and marketing improvements.
• Prepare and distribute data-accurate Quarterly Business Review decks.
• Identify and implement reporting process improvements and automate where possible.
• Work with IT on optimizing Salesforce and Tableau reporting tools.
• Manage non-standard quote approvals and ensure Salesforce data integrity.
• Serve as an expert for Salesforce-related queries.
• Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Translate large datasets into intuitive findings for all stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration ensuring alignment on data needs.
• Clearly communicate complex data to diverse audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 5-10 years of data-related experience with significant achievements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying data insights.
