This role, based in Oldbury with a hybrid work model, plays a pivotal part in providing crucial insights for customer management and strategy development. The Chief Operating Office supports growth and innovation within the company.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver customer analysis for business decision-making and tactical execution.
• Provide analytical input for customer strategy, marketing strategy, and product development.
• Use data analysis techniques to deliver actionable customer intelligence.
• Monitor incentive performance against agreed measures.
• Prepare reports and analyse trends using SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Microsoft Office.
• Identify data quality issues and improve data structure in the Data Warehouse.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced reporting or BI dashboard team.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining MI reporting and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Competence in delivering actionable customer and commercial intelligence.
• Numeracy and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data mining software.
• Strong communication, planning, and influencing skills.
