In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and maintain an accurate inventory database featuring pricing, usernames, and departmental details.
• Lead vendor and provider relationships to resolve data queries efficiently.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure compliance, particularly with month-end exchange reporting.
• Enhance team efficiency by supporting tooling initiatives.
• Contribute to various market data-related projects.
• Prepare for audits and ensure accurate processing of invoices.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with exchanges and data vendors like LSE, NYSE, Nasdaq, or Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of permissioning systems such as DACS or EMRS.
• Familiarity with workflow systems, including Jira.
• Strong understanding of market, reference, and index data, especially regarding non-display usage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective relationship management and communication skills.
