In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and direct data management activities for R&D and clinical affairs.
• Devise and implement data management processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure effective data management systems for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Support Statistics, Clinical Affairs, and Science Support Groups.
• Manage interrelated software, data entry, verification, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical study teams and coordinate with departmental groups.
• Facilitate clinical study activities including CRF design and database management.
• Monitor tasks and metrics to uphold quality standards and provide project status reports.
• Develop and support data tracking systems for study progress.
• Review procedures for compliance with regulatory policies.
• Update and contribute to procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.
