Admiral Insurance is looking for individuals with a keen interest in problem-solving to join their Data Analyst team within the MI Hub area of Advanced Analytics. The team focuses on providing valuable insights to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure fairness. This role exists to support the Customer & Conduct department and drive data-driven decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and comprehend data needs.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources for stakeholder requests.
• Create dashboards and top-tier reports to visualize and communicate data findings.
• Produce and maintain regulatory reporting such as RMAR, Fair Value Assessments.
• Uphold core business processes like SMS Feedback and related reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
