The role involves joining either the UK Holistic or Marketing Analytics team, focusing on maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across UK Customer and Admiral’s UK products to gather data requirements.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support stakeholder needs.
• Develop dashboards and high-quality reports to convey data insights and trends.
• Cultivate an understanding of Admiral’s UK customer demographics, products, and customer pathways.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and shared knowledge.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a data role.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.
• Quick adaptability to new information.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery SQL, SAS, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Looker.
