This role requires you to have:

• 4-5+ years of Data Science experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in the Insurance Pricing domain.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Experience with feature engineering and feature selection techniques.
• Coding expertise in Python.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in model monitoring and maintenance.
• Mentoring or management experience within teams.
