Senior BI Analyst - 12 month FTC

AFH Financial Group seeks a Senior BI Analyst to join their established BI Team on a 12-month contract. The role is critical for supporting the team in generating key reports and maintaining dashboards for stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality reporting solutions using Power BI based on key performance indicators.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and uncover deeper insights.
• Analyze complex data for correlations and data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet specifications.
• Manage queries from stakeholders regarding reporting amendments or issues.
• Propose innovative solutions and technologies to support the board.
• Deliver compelling insights to the wider business.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Team members to automate reporting.
• Assist colleagues in interpreting data effectively.
• Maintain and create documentation for developed products.
• Mentor other team members.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong understanding of SQL scripting and data modelling.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology using Kanban boards.
• Ability to build exceptional working relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in BI and reporting development environments.
