In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Explore data to derive business insights and value.
- Lead the development from conception to production, experimenting with models alongside engineers.
- Define problems and solutions with stakeholders, facilitating their involvement.
- Communicate model results to ensure understanding and integration into business processes.
- Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to build models addressing business needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize research outcomes using visual tools.
- Solve complex problems in a collaborative environment.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong research and product development understanding.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in machine learning.
- Skill in evaluating ML models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- MSc or PhD in STEM.
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and team collaboration in data projects.
- Experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production.
