In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support data-driven decision-making by identifying actionable insights.
• Conduct data input, extraction, cleaning, and analysis for diverse datasets.
• Develop and automate data pipelines with well-documented code.
• Design and implement data visualizations using reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with data project procedures for value management and reporting.
• Communicate project work to various stakeholders.
• Promote data literacy and best practices within the wider community.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in data science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macro development and pivot tables.
• Experience with Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Ability to create dashboards in PowerBI.
• Understanding of fundamental statistics.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical topics.
• Collaborative and multidisciplinary teamwork capability.

You would benefit from having:

• Unit-testing Python scripts with tools like pytest.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
• Awareness of cloud computing platforms like Azure.
