They seek a Senior Data Analyst to join their Information Management Team, leading a group to drive data insights and reporting. Located in Banbridge, this role is critical to guiding their data strategy and supporting senior leadership.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports with precision.
• Train team members and other departments on Power BI best practices.
• Collaborate with management to translate data needs into actionable insights.
• Implement optimal storage and retrieval solutions for BI reports.
• Ensure reports adhere to company branding and are released on schedule.
• Define and maintain KPIs in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in data analytics to drive improvements.
