The Resource Management Data Analyst will support their mission by managing data critical to resource planning and strategic decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support Global Resource Management Process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and Managed Services.
• Develop and optimize Excel spreadsheets with advanced functions.
• Provide precise ad hoc reporting for various stakeholders.
• Maintain and create databases.
• Deliver accurate reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure data validation and integrity.
• Identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and associated tools
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Access
• Experience in complex project management
• Business acumen and financial skills
• Proactive and self-motivated nature
