In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze employee and organizational data to provide actionable insights.
• Synthesize datasets to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop and enhance HR analytics dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support recruitment data analysis and improve hiring efficiency.
• Ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics and optimize talent acquisition.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Work with IT to improve data systems and processes.
• Collaborate on projects including recruitment reporting integration and finance data standardization.

This role requires you to have:

• Completion of a business apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in HR or analytics.

• Experience with Power BI.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
