• Ensure model outputs are accessible in the Azure data lake and assist with data warehousing.

• Collaborate with digital team members and stakeholders to minimize manual data intervention.
• Provide support for end-users and manage provider service desk queries.
• Train and update superusers on platform changes.
• Implement process improvements aligned with platform functionality.
